Health and Safety Manual
For all staff employed by FSI, it is part of the induction procedure that they are made aware of the contents of the Health and Safety Manual and its importance. As a condition of employment, all employees confirm that they have read and understood it. Safety statistics have been formally produced since 1994. Since then, there have been no significant lost-time incidents due to injuries sustained within the office environment. All accidents or near-misses are reported, logged and analyzed by the Health and Safety Committee, which meets on a monthly basis, the deliberations of which are communicated to all FSI staff.
